Bread with oil and vinager. Got me over that 320 hump.

I had over 2000 calories... Had to be more, I didn't record everything very accuratly. But I still lost weight. Maybe it was the bread, oil and vinager meal. Tasted so good, and was filling. But tones of calories and carbs. But I'm at 220, and I just need to break this bearer to continue my weight loss.. Been stuck around this weight for a while now.

Long weekend of bad eating. I skipped dinner last night. Kept me at a decent weight. But I've apparenly hit a platoe. I've been hovering around the low 320s for some time now. Need to get over this hump, if I want to get under the 300 mark.

I had kind of a big salad late (930pm) last night. Usually I would just go withou a meal to offset this... But I am extremely hungry today. Also, I usually gain a pound or two over the weekend. I can't do that this weekend, if I continue to gain weight, I'll lose my motivation.
