It's been way too long. I got lazy and stopped recording everything. Eventually I stopped tracking everything. Luckly I didn't gain too much weight. Hopefully this is the begining of getting back on track.

Bad weekend diet-wize. But I'm still below 320. Doctors scale says 324 (with clothes on). Could be dehydrated. But still at a decent weight. I just need to get past this hump area. In one week I will hopefully start a daily workout "boot camp" at work. That will get me over the hump for sure. It's going to be hard though.
