Yesterday was a big disaster, I ate everything that I should stay away from, but I guess this will make me more focused on the way I eat and the food I choose. Today is a different story, I think I should concentrate on protein and lose the carbs for few days and see how it's going. I do workout almost everyday, I love my Malibu Pilates ;)
I have to weight my self on the 8th, my feeling is, either I have gained weight or at least didn't loose any, cuz I can see my body shaping a bit, this means my muscles (which supposed to be heavier than fat) are forming, my concentration form now on will be on the way my body looks every week and not on how much I weight.

Well, although I have been trying my best to have 1200+ calories a day, I don't think I can make it today. I just extracted my wisdom tooth, and I don't feel like eating or drinking anything at all. The doctor was very quick and I didn't have to suffer much, still the after pain is not that bad yet is there.
Hope I'm losing weight!

I've been a good girl still, I've been working out and maintaining the 1200+ calories per day. I can feel that my tummy is shrinking from the inside, since it can't take much food now, and when I force it, feel I'm gonna get sick.
One thing I hate is that I might not lose any weight this week since I'm building muscles from the workout, it's going to be really frustrating not to see the scale move but hopefully I'll lose an inch or so from my waist, which is another goal I have.

Today again I had to force myself to eat enough to reach 1300 calories, I'm happy that I'm not craving ice-cream, cookies, chocolate, and other junk food, to be honest, I now feel sick when I look at these type of food, I'm not sure why.
I have done 9 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of fast pilates, I felt really great and was willing to go for more but thought, let's go easy on the first week of workout.
On my diet I'm trying to eat healthy, but control my calories, I don't really care how much carbs I intake cuz mine mostly come from fruits and vegetables, and even if it comes from white bread or rice, I always control the portion, this way I don't feel any restriction, I guess this is what makes dieting so boring the restrictions!
