My name is Muna, I've been over weight my whole life and been on and off diets many times, I actually lost count. I thought I'll be serious this time, and with the help of people who know what I'm going through, this journey might go easy. I was 95kg (209 lbs) on 18,Jul,2009 my first day on diet. I choose the chemical diet, unfortunately I heard it can cause cancer and other funny stuff one don't look forward to experience. So I'm changing to 1500 calories a day diet, this way I get to eat everything as long as I'm controlling the number of calories. I'm a mom and find it difficult to play with my kid most of times cuz of my weight, hope this change. I also look forward to see if my looks will change as I saw many people who lost weight looked completely different.
I'm going to weight myself on 26,Jul,2009 and see how much I lost. Oh and I'm not going to workout this week, I believe I have to practice discipline towards food, then the workout will be easy.
