So I had the pin pulled out of my toe on Friday and I was anticipating everything to be said and done. But now I have 2 more weeks of the boot while the bone strengthens without the support of the metal pin😳😱. I am going to take it easy this week at the gym as if the pin was still in my toe and then little by little work on getting my Downward dog back to 4 legs instead of a three legged dog🐕
Almost there! I still lost 7 lbs during the recovery time. I am pleased with myself.

My Health spa is starting an 8 week challenge on 30 May. I have entered the group ex challenge which is most classes attended up to two a day. Also there is a weight loss challenge for overall % . I still have 10 days of wearing my medical boot so working around that should be a challenge.
I am 23 lbs from my goal Mother of the Bride weight. This challenge couldn't have came at a better time to rest my motivation. In the end If I win a category I will get gift vouchers for massages and treatments at the spa and a feeling of great accomplishment. Wish me luck🤗
