Master Cleanse and no support
Im a 21 year old female doing a 28 day master cleanse...with no support. Im raising two boys aged 4 and 5 (not mine) and I have to cook for them everyday. Im a professional chef and so we all live on tasting food while cooking. I'm on a break now so the compulsary full teaspoon taste does not apply. I can jus taste a drop on my finger.
But! Tasting makes me want to eat...what to do?! Help! I'm only on day 2
