Hello, So I am a week or so into my diet, which is the Keto diet, My goal is to eat less carbs and more fats and proteins , I already cut out all soft drinks and juices. I only drink coffee or water. Been having a egg 4 breakfast, then waiting 4 dinner, which is usually chicken with collards and a very lil rice. Or a meat with some kind of green vegetable. I just want to know if anyone knows if I am even doing this diet right? I cant eat alot of high calorie foods, i want to drop the weight but with Keto its confusing because i read alot about eating heavy meals and then fasting for several hours. Is that how your supposed to do it??? The most i can do is fast from 5am till about 10:30, then i have breakfast, i dont eat anything again till dinner which is usually around 4 or so. If anyone has answers to my questions, please let me know. I want to make sure I am doing it right.
