Woke this morning feeling positive. It took all I had not to step on the weight scale. Yes, my name is Denise and I'm a weight scale addict. I've promised myself to only weigh in on Friday mornings.
I'll be hitting the gym 3 or maybe 4 times this week. My husband has offered to help me out without judgement or pressure....I'm not sure I believe him as he likes to push me to get results. No pain, no gain is what he says....
I'd like to find a simple daily meal plan that I can stick with that has few carbs and few calories to see fast results before I lose interest.
Does anyone know of one that doesn't include tuna or cottage cheese....two things I can't stand.

I think I did well this weekend. Saturday was a bit of a cheat day, but I was good with it. Sunday was a lazy day and it was game day.....I manage to eat well, I did not partake in the eating that game day has. I'm off to bed not feeling hungry. It was also a dry weekend....yup thats right, no wine. I'll begin the week with a new mind set and continue on this journey. Friday I will weigh myself and begin all over again.....one week at a time, one pound at a time.

Well I'm only going to weigh myself once per week, each Friday morning. Hopefully that will keep my sanity in tack while I embark on this weight loss journey.

I really tired to eat my calories yesterday, it's so hard to eat all that food in a day. Then this morning I stepped on the scale and I'm up. WT???
The husband told me last night that we are booked for Cancun in April. The preasure is now on...
What can I do to hurry this along? I'm frustrated because I'm not seeing the scale numbers go down nor am I fitting into my cloths....Babbling, but I'm frustrated today.
