Tofu Shirataki Noodles
One of my friends turned me onto Tofu Shirataki Noodles!! I made them w/clams and juice, some lemon, garlic and favorite seasonings...YUMMY!! Low fat, low cal, hardly any carbs! About $2/bag in refrigerated Thai section...worth the try

I wasn't sure how much "one slice" of tofu actually was. It seems from research that approx. 2 slices = 1/2 cup. Anybody confirm or deny? I don't feel like I'm tracking this correctly.
