(9_9) ok.. So I have a stupid weighing scale that likes to toy with my emotions and I just weighed in after eating a bowl of cereal.. Special K of course, but nevertheless, I have been doing some heavy duty house cleaning,yoga,pilates and will be going to the gym then out dancing today...So let's see what this good ole body does with the calories..☺ on a lighter note, I wonder if I bring my apples to the club, wud I have to put them up in coat ☑ ....*giggles* Happy Friday all.

(9_9) Sometimes i feel maybe if i just inhaled air, maybe i'll stop gaining..but alas, no such luck..for now..i do things and follow how i feel vs. how i look. Im still shapely (thanking God, girdles, and genetics) but still a better you is always a good look. Dancing usually whiddles me down to my ideal form and is so fun and invigorating ..i dont even realize im working out. So, Im going to stick to trying to intergrate more fruits and vegetables in my daily dishing repetoire and try to focus myself on moving more and motivating myself. I also try not to beat myself off if i didnt lose as much as i prayed to. Believe me, trying to weigh yourself around" that time of the month" is a NO NO...(^_^) i do it anyway just to scare myself and get a good laugh.
