(9_9) Sometimes i feel maybe if i just inhaled air, maybe i'll stop gaining..but alas, no such luck..for now..i do things and follow how i feel vs. how i look. Im still shapely (thanking God, girdles, and genetics) but still a better you is always a good look. Dancing usually whiddles me down to my ideal form and is so fun and invigorating ..i dont even realize im working out. So, Im going to stick to trying to intergrate more fruits and vegetables in my daily dishing repetoire and try to focus myself on moving more and motivating myself. I also try not to beat myself off if i didnt lose as much as i prayed to. Believe me, trying to weigh yourself around" that time of the month" is a NO NO...(^_^) i do it anyway just to scare myself and get a good laugh.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know how you feel! Hang in there. :) I just rebooted my diet on Monday and have already lost 6 pounds!!! Thank you JUDDD! If you're doing well about counting your calories and dancing, you should do well. :) If you're curious about what I'm doing, check out my journal. JUDDD basically all you do is every other day eat 500 or less calories, and then on the regular days try to eat moderately. The first few times you do a low calorie day, they can be hard. I eat a LOT of veggies and a small amount of chicken (I made a huge pot of soup and the entire thing only contained 444 calories, so I divided it up into 4 portions), plus usually an Atkins shake. I try to low carb, but today and day before yesterday I had carbs (some cake, candy, chicken strips, bread). I might be up a pound tomorrow, but I know that it will come off again tomorrow, and that's awesome.

Awww.. Thanks (^_^). Its the weirdest feeling not knowing how to control ur body and despite ur honest efforts still failing a bit and ultimately wanting to give up. But like u said, imma hang in there like a monkey at a jungle gym.. Coincidentally enuff, I made a huge coldren of soup and I have little bowls of cereal in the AM and nothing to bad in between. I figure I just gotta pitch a stake at the produce isle for longer than I'm used to. ☺ thanks for giving me in couragement and I am very proud and happy to see ur making strides as well in ths battle of the bulge we'r fighting together..
