I'm sixty-one yrs old. When I was growing up I was very active living on a farm. Since the past six yrs. I've had knee trouble to the point where I'm not able to exercise. I've been married for fortytwo yrs. and I have two sons. I'm also on a low carb diet,which is goin pretty good. Good Luck to Everyone
