I'm still struggling to get all my nutrition in. I did increase my food yesterday. According to the scales I weigh 150, my goal is 145, but I'm losing weight too fast I think. I will try to increase my protein since it's the lowest % in my diet. I really like this site:)

I did not do well on my diet yesterday. A new med is interfering with my appetite. So now, I will follow a schedule to make sure I'm eating enough and getting enough nutrition. Have not done great so far today, I'll make sure to get plenty of veggies with tonight's dinner.
Had a lovely walk with my daughter yesterday, around the town square wine festival type thing; exercise and time with her:) win-win
