I have been so busy getting ready for our vacation I haven't had time to keep up with anything elas.
The weight loss is steady and I am feeling better than I have in years. Due mostly to good nutrition and the weight loss is a side effect.
I discovered today USANA is listed in thr doctor's

.
Being affiliated with the medical profession for so many years I know just how prestigious this is. I've seen doctors with this refrence book in their hands on a daily basis.

I am enjoying meeting new people and sharing information. Lost 2 more pounds. My cruise is in 18 days and I am confident all my new clothes are going to fit. I am feeling great and looking forward to the rest of my day.
I have noticed that I lose faster when I drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. I guess the thing to say is if you aren't peeing your brains out you aren't getting rid of the fat...LOL at least in my case.
