Well I recently got into a new home where the eating is a lot healthier, if you know what I mean. So I've already dropped about twenty, but as of today, I realized that for my height and age, I should be around 110lbs, yet here I am closer to 130lbs. I'm not going for anorexic or anything like that, but dropping about 15 more pounds would be an improvement.
