Hugs to all,
I need some help, I am finding it hard to keep on track when I am in a moderate to severe amount of pain. I do it sometimes when I am feeling down, but not as often as when I am hurting. I know in my mind that I should not do it, and that i am turning to the food for a small amount of comfort. Yet I find myself doing it anyway. Do any of you have a trick or method to avoid this situation? I would be greatful for any ideas or advice you can give me.

Regretfully I did not do well with my carbs on Tuesday =( I got the worst craving for a double cheeseburger and large fries after a trying DR. appointment. by the time I want to bed I had over tripled my normal carb intake. LOL

I am thrilled with the weight loss since Saturday. I have bummer up how often I have been working out. Instead of doing aerobic(Nu Step) and resistant bands 3 times a week, I have been doing the Nu Step everyday and the resistant bands 3 times a week. I don't know how much good it is actually doing the pain in my back, but the weight loss is always good, and I have lost 1.4% body fat.
We work to make ourselves pretty/handsome on the outside, but we have to remember that we will never make it unless we are pretty on the inside. I am sure we have all known someone who was good looking physically but the personality made you want to turn and walk away. God sees us as we can be, but loves us as we are. We need to do the same thing. Never forget to love yourself.

Hugs to those who need and/or want one. =)
I am sorry it has been a while since I have been here. I have had medical issues the have kept my awake from my laptop for a couple of weeks. I started going thru computer with drawls LOL. I am feeling much better and I am trying to catch up with all the entries I have missed reading. If I miss commenting on something important to anyone I am truely sorry. Also I have gained a couple pounds over the time I was gone =(. Regretfully I had to through my diet out the window for a while. But it is time to get back to business. I have missed you all and I am glad to be back.
