I am a mother of three kids, ages 20, 19, and 15. I have weighed 170 pounds basically since my 15-yr old was born! I work out regularly, but my love of beer and good food kept me full-figured. I went on the Ideal Protein diet in April, and lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks!! I am thrilled! Just started Phase 4 today but I would like to lose five more pounds for kicks. We will see. I feel great by the way!!
