I work in the retail sector and it requires a moderate amount of activity, getting merchandise down from overhead stocking, unloading trucks, etc. I also enjoy swimming on my days off with a minimum distance of a mile. I also include weight training and stretching exercises. I have maintained a loss of 50 pounds for more than 20 years and would like to lose an additional 10 pounds.
