I can't seem to find a diet to stick to. I tried South Beach and I couldn't get past Phase one. Tried Weight Watchers and I was hungry all the time. I need to find something that I can stick to. Anyone try the Flat Belly diet? Any suggestions on what I can try?

I need to start over. I have been eating the wrong foods all week. Never really made it through the first two weeks. I will start again tomorrow and be very strict with myself. I will get through this.
