Retired English/Humanities/Spanish teacher. Currently work as a tech writer and admin assistant. Exercise 4-5 mornings a week before work at the gym for 70 minutes a day. Like to be outdoors as much as possible. Former fitness instructor for 30 yrs. and runner; gained weight when I stopped because I was too busy with two teaching jobs. I like to do crafts and I draw when I have time. My husband and I buy dumpy houses and renovate them to sell. Would like to lose 22 lbs. I know I'd feel much better about myself. I know I will never again be the slim fitness instructor I once was because of my age, but losing weight will make me like myself better.
