Finally not hungry all the time. I did well while I was away. I did not cheat at all. Scale has not moved in the direction i would like. Actually, i have been looking too often and it has gone up a few pounds though there would be no reason for this--perhaps because of salty food and not enough water. I joined the Y yesterday--mostly so I can take swimming lessons. But I will also take some of the classes. I am especially interested in the spin class. I can go in the mornings before I go to work and a few times after I get off work I the mornings.
That's it. Keep going-- exercise more--try a little variety.

Been doing well. Going away to see family for the weekend. Packed lots of snack food for the ride: cut up turkey, cheese, pepperoni slices, some walnuts for crunch. Also packed extra food so I can't give myself an excuse to give in. There wil be birthday cake. A serious weakness! I will do fine. I am doing so well that I do not want to jeopardize my progress. AlreDyhave a great hike for today planned when I arrive. My sister in lawisalso dieting and I let her know ahead of time how I am eating so I am set!
