I went on SB last Jan and dropped from 142 - 130. As of today I;m back up to 135. I didn't get to my goal of 125, but I was happy at 130. I just am not maintaining as I should. Back on SB to try and drop another 10 lbs. I;m married, no children. Work about 50 hrs per week. Travel about 500 miles in car per week. Enjoy church, sewing, and gardening.
