What I don't get is how my weight seems to yo-yo by about a kg a day. I always way myself between 6:00 and 6:30am, before eating. Just find it weird.

My first sugar low since my diabetes diagnosis 12 days ago. Not an experience I want to repeat. As a result, I went way over my 1500 calories today. It's going to happen I guess, but it's my fault for going 14 hours between lunch and supper. As Roy Orbison said, "My mama told me there'd be days like this."

Yesterday I headed off to Sportsman's Warehouse and bought 2 2kg dumbells to use as part of my exercise regimen. Surprising how hard it is to punch using them. I stop my arm and it seems as though it just wants to carry on!
