I feel pretty good today about going from 202.4lbs to 198.2lbs over the past 2 weeks. I have been fighting off a nasty cold for the past week so I have been really inactive. Lets hope for another 4 pounds in the next two weeks. I have a valentines dinner with Kevin on Saturday. Lets just say I plan on drinking my dinner that night.

Went to Azteca with Kevin this Saturday. Ate and drank a lot. It's monday time to get back on the wagon. Going to the gym after work for the first time in 2 weeks

NO MORE CRUSING DOWN THE AVENUE!!!
I have tried off and on to lose weight the past two years. At one point I weighed about 115lbs it was great! I worked very hard to get to that point, but after a while I started to care less about what I ate because I didn't think it would come back on again. Slowly, but surely I reached the weight of 177lbs. The highest weight I have ever been in my live, and now it is time to do something about it! I am having a little bit of trouble however. It is just not coming off as easy as it did the first time. I am worried I went so low on the calories dieting the first time that I may have messed with my metabolism. Instead of just eating salads all day on this diet I have started to eat 5-6 small meals a day instead. I have lost 5lbs so far, but that is it. I also have gotten a gym membership. I plan to hit the gym hard and see what effect that has on the weight loss. I have a trip to Las Vegas with my best friend in October, and I am going to be turning 30! It is time to kick it into high gear. Not to mention the guy that I am dating could be Mr. World Fitness! I don't want to look like Miss Piggy when we are together on dates! And I defiantly don’t want to look like a whale in the Vegas pool!
