I'm getting ready to head out the door and go to the gym. Yesterday I walked 2 miles and I'm getting ready to do it again, hopefully 3 but 2 will work for me. I'm still drinking the water and NO SODA! We went to Pizza Hut on Wed. night and I got a personal pizza with pep and pineapple, I only ate 1/2 of the pizza, no breadsticks and I got a big salad. I also had water there and when we go to eat it's real hard for me to get just water cause the soda is sooo good!!! But I did it!! I still felt bad for eating the pizza but hey I didn't eat like I used to when we went there.

My goal is to be as close to 200 lbs as I can get by the end of November, maybe under 200 hopefully! Not sure tho with thanksgiving and we are also going out of town the first weekend in Dec. so I'm not sure how my plan will work but I'm sure going to try my best!! I just don't want to go back to drinking soda, I'm afraid if I drink one that I'll be hooked again and then everything will just go down hill again! Anyway enough rambling got to get moving the fat isn't coming off by sitting here...ha!

I'm super excited!! I weighed in this morning and I lost 3 lbs! I was so excited and now I know that I can get to my goal. After weighing in I thought, gosh this is my day were I can have whatever I want, then I started thinking...why!? I'm not going to eat everything in sight but I did stop at QT for a Vanilla Cappucino cause I absolutly love them, I also stopped by McDonald's for the kids and thought I want to get something from here, I did get me a kids meal with a hamburger and water. I've gone a week without soda...I love it!! I don't feel bloated, it's a good feeling! I also felt guilty after treating myself with those 2 things, so that was my treat for following through this last week and that will be it till Thanksgiving. I decided that that will be a huge treat, not that I will go over board but I'm treating myself that day for sure!

Today at my WW meeting we talked about Thanksgiving foods and we had to write down what we will be eating that day and how much. Then after that she gave us the points for the stuff, she wanted to know how many points everyone had. I don't think anyone was telling the truth cause they all got between 12-16 points, but me and another lady got about 26-30 points...just thought that that was funny!

Well gotta run but I just wanted to share all this with everyone because I was really excited about it!!!

Well let's see...over the weekend the hubby and I went out for a friend's birthday party on Sat night. I drank Malibu and Pineapple juice, not sure on the points yet but we had a fun time. With having two kids we don't get to go out to much, we really needed it! Anyway, Sunday I did have a bad day, pizza and breadsticks in the morning and a turkey sandwich on a crossiant roll with fries for dinner but I'm still drinking water which I am very proud of! So yesterday wasn't a good day but I plan on going to the gym tonight with the hubby and kids, I also want to make up for my bad day cause I have to weigh in tomorrow morning. I hope that scale likes me...ha!

I was also very excited on Sat. because a friend of my husband's came up to me and said that he didn't recognize me and wanted to know if I lost weight, GOSH!...that made me feel good!!! I know it had only been a couple of days watching what I had been eating but I felt alot better and I did by a new outfit and it fit better than when I bought it...very exciting!!!

I have been doing pretty good, I did use 7 of my weekly points yesterday. Other than that I have counted every point that I put in my mouth. I also haven't been counting my extra points from exercise.

I was dying after exercising, I had to eat all that or I would have went straight for the junk food!

Total- 17pts w/o any snacks but I'll of course have to have some because I'm getting ready to go work out.

I also haven't had any soda, not even diet for 3 days! That is very exciting for me! I was getting such bad headaches and just gave in because I just wanted them to go away, the asprin wasn't helping either but I just decided to deal with it and wow!...it isn't bad at all. I feel alot better in just 3 days.
