I feel soo good that i lost 2lbs since friday and it is only sunday. I have alot more to go but it feels good to know my hard work is paying off. When i started my diet i was 212 and in 10 days i am now 201 i fel good.

Another day I feel so bad that i didnt work out last night on top of that i had a glass n a half of vodka n cranberry which is forbidden in dietville! but i am def goin to the gym tonight no matter what. I only had 995 cal yesturday thats including the drink, but i didnt eat dinner and went to bed hungry cause by the time i finished cooking dinner for the family it was almost 8pm and i try not to eat after 7pm so i suffered. but i will make sure i eat tonight early.

I started this new diet last week wensday, n my weight was 212, one week later i am 205. i am taking diet pills that is curving my appetite and I am really siked about it. I go to this weight loss medical center in my neighborhood, and every 2 weeks they do a weigh in. So hopefully by next tuesday i will be under 200lbs.
