I know I haven't been entering my food or exercise. It's not that I haven't been keeping track of it. Actually, I enter what I eat and my exercise on my Blackberry memo pad so that I can just enter it all at once.

I actually had some "me" time yesterday after working out. I went to Wal-Mart to get my hair done. I got it colored and cut about 2 inches off. It's just long enough to pull back into a little ponytail for working out. I figured that I've been doing good, so why not reward myself. Right?

Okay, I was thinking yesterday. Not that yesterday was the only day that I think. LOL Anyways. I was thinking....am I a "gym rat" now? I go to the gym 5 days a week for at least 1 1/2 hours each day. Speaking of the gym, I need to finish off my breakfast so that I can get ready to head out. Today's strength-training day. Whoopee! {said with a lot of sarcasm}

{SIGH} I fell off the diet wagon. :( I've been doing good on the exercise part. I go to the gym every weekday after dropping Jazmyn off at school. I'll workout for about 1 1/2 hrs. The diet part....not so good. We've been eating out a lot. It's not that I've been eating bad stuff (a little bad stuff, but not a lot). It's just that it's harder for me to control my portion size when we eat out. So, we're limiting eating out to once a week. PJ (my hubby) says that he misses my cooking...which is really sweet of him to say.

On a plus note, I did decent hitting the golf ball when we went to the driving range on Thursday. I hit some air balls and dirt...a lot. Weird thing is that I did better when PJ wasn't standing next to me watching me. He decided to go sit in the truck to watch me. I know that he was getting pretty frustrated wit me. My right arm is sore, but I got a nice tan on my arms. LOL

I'll start logging my food and exercise again beginning tomorrow.
