seeing how much i eat when i stay in my appartment and snack is truly shocking. i have recorded everything today, and although i did a fair bit of exercise im ashamed at how much ive eaten!! tomorrow will not be like this!

Today I am starting on a healthkick again after living in France for 6 months. I eat too many carbs and have started having snacks often, which I never did before!
I have also stopped exercising almost completely, whereas before I was going to the gym a minimum of 4 times a week.
I have booked my flight home to live back in England for the 8th of May, and this date has become my new target date for 125lbs.
Lots of protein and more exercise!
