I have not logged into the site in 3 years, however since then, I had lost 65lbs. My peak was 240lbs, and my lowest point was 175lbs. Since September 2012, I have gained 25lbs. :(
My goal weight is 160lbs. I will need to loose 40lbs. I know I can do it. I will need to be more concious of my calorie intake and my daily physical activity.
My goal is to achieve this by the end of 2013, so I can do it in the most healthy way possible.
I decided to utilize this site to keep me honest and track my progress. Ready to get started!! :)

I have been on this weight loss journey for over 4 years now. I am 7 months from my 39 birthday and I want my last year of my 30's to be fabulos!
I have considered lap-band but I have been tasked with a 6 month monitored diet program prior to insurance approval of the procedure. Therefore I am going to take the next 6 months by the horns and go for it!
I am decreasing the amount of red meat and pork from my cooking. I am eliminating soda's all together. I am increasing veggies, chicken, tuna and fish into my diet. Increasing my water intake and decreasing my alcohol consumption.
I have prepared myself at work with snacks; nuts, pudding, applesauce, fruits. I bring my lunch that includes more veggies, peanut butter and turkey sandwiches.
My husband has partnered with me on this journey and with these changes, my children will see a difference in our family dinners.
With prayer and strength, I will meet my goal of 60lbs.
