Getting over a pretty bad cold the past week. Lost a lot of fluids and haven't been eating much at all, so it's reflected in the numbers on the scale

It's a really big day to celebrate!
In the last few months my body has been fighting me every step of the way, but today before and after breakfast and yes without shoes on, I lost 5 percent of my body weight! I am truly truly happy. Because I fought so hard for it. The one change I will say that is significant for me, is switching to black tea in the morning from coffee.

New trainer, Jessie has different approach. Less weight more reps and perfect form coupled with stretching and I'm seeing results without being so exhausted as working out with Kristin left me.
