Amazingly, I started my journey over 320lbs. Got down to 296lbs and fell off the wagon for nearly 3 yrs (a l-o-n-g story). Bought a scale and weighed in today at 303.4 -- better than I thought it would be (some of the lifestyle changes I made in 2011 did stick). Strangely proud of myself and ready to move foward toward goal.

Tossed out the scale, binged for two years and lost a lot of my hard-won weight victories. Things continued to tank a little after losing job but I'm finally in a good headspace again and ready to seriously finish the weight journey I'd started. Still not at my max weight, so that's a plus. Buying a new scale tomorrow LOL

Been a tumultuous year. Lost job, home, car (and a little self-respect). The only thing I've not been losing is weight! :) To be honest...too much going on to focus on what was going into mouth. Head has stopped reeling, faith has kicked in and now ready to retake first steps w my body and new business. Grow the latter and shrink the former (haha)!
