I had a lazy day today and basically grabbed what was available and also indulged in some KFC just to meet my calorie goal. At the end of this week I intend to collect or create recipes that have a lot of protein and incorporate them in my diet.

I have fallen back a bit on breakfast, but still managed to meet my daily calorie goal. I found out today that A+ blood type should not avoid eating breakfast because it helps us to function properly. I will be working harder to eat my breakfast even if am not in the mood.

It feels good that my body is getting accustom to this new diet and the force to eat is decreasing. I feel elated that my calorie goal was accomplished effortlessly.

Although I had a bad start with my eating today, I was determine to meet my calorie goal. I had to remind myself that finishing is better than starting. Now, I can retire to bed with an extra smile on my face...

Wow I made it through the week! Am grateful for this experience to retrain my body to eat healthy, on time and explore new food. I am soooo excited to try out cajun foods :D Thanks to my buddy ManVsAna!
