I'm a 50 yo mother and wife who tries to eat healthy and exercise regularly. I love to run, elliptical, and lift weights. Each week my goal is to work out 4 times. Most weeks I make that, some weeks I don't. I am currently at an acceptable weight but would like to lose about 10 lbs. before summer.
I love to try new low calorie recipes that keep my meals interesting. My weakness is sweets. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm a sugar-holic. I try to limit my daily intake by using sugar substitute.
