I had a sweet tooth for a little while today. Ate 4 mini candies. DON'T MAKE THIS A HABIT. OK ONCE IN A WHILE. NO MORE SWEETS TODAY. REMEMBER SUGAR CAN LEAD TO DEADLY DISEASES!!

I have lost weight pretty good on this diet- it works for me. I tend to stop after 3 weeks. Just have a hard time being consistent. If I get this way, I can do weight watchers.
