I train most working day mornings from 6am till 7am, 20 to 30 mins cardio and the rest on weights.I own a car garage and work five and a half days a week, my job is less hands on now than it used to be so i try to work out most evenings at home firstly by walking the dogs for approximately one mile in around 20 to 25 mins. then between 45 mins to an hour on weights and if there is time 20 mins on a bike turbo trainer. I try to diet by cooking food for the daytime at the weekend and keeping it refrigerated.
The food consists of chicken breast, lean steak, rice and fresh vegetables. I take a protein shake after every work out and eat with the family in the evening but my weight is stuck around 17st (238lbs. I was 292lbs this time last year but seem to have plateaued recently. I am looking for advice to help kick my metabolism to the next level. Thanks for reading. Lofty
