I am a wife and mom to 2 teenagers. I work PT as a Children;s Minister. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I like to exercise but I have found what I eat is the problem. I can exercise all I want but I will never lose weight unless I decrease my portions and eat healthy. I am tired of being fat!
