Another day another stagnation

I spent today walking around Cardiff, doing some light shopping and what not, but I purposely park far away from where I like to go, so I get a good walk, and it was really hot today, so it was a nice walk. :)

When I got home, I did 1 hour of yoga, which I used to do regularly, but as things go, I had fell out of it. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed yoga.

So with an hour of yoga under my belt I did only 10 minutes of hula hooping.

Tomorrows plan is to start with 30mins-1 hour of yoga in the morning directly after weighing and before breakfast. Then to have breakfast and to go out and have another walk around Cardiff again.

On my return from Cardiff I will be doing 20 minutes of hula hooping
Hopefully this will combat the stagnation.
If I stagnate for one more day I will move on to the next stage, the cruise phase.
