The day after the night before! I was worried I would gain but I did not! :P
I only had a small plate of Chinese (we went to an all you can eat buffet) And although the things there was not necessarily "Dukan" I more or less ate chicken and meat (although I had a small amount of noodles and other carby/fatty things) and LOTS of white wine!

Hurray!
11st 11lb! I am 1lbs off 1 stone! Super excited to see that one!
But I am going out on the ward night out, and unfortunately, we are going to an "ALL YOU CAN EAT" kind of place, so I'm going to be as "Dukan" as I possibly can, (bar the white wine!)

Back to 11st 12lb (for real this time!)
The Ward's Staff Party is tomorrow, so I feel good about myself and the outfit I will be in :) Looking forward :)
The icing on the cake would be a weigh in of 11st 11lbs, but I won't mind if I remain the same :)

Well I dropped 2lbs, but I know this is a "false" reading
I didn't eat much at all the day before, I was out all day and just forgot! So I lived off coffee!
