Hi there... I have just joined this site (again). I lost 8 stone a couple of years ago but have recently put a bit on so I am eager to start losing again. I have tried everything recently and nothing has worked but so far this is. I am looking for buddies who have around 50lbs to lose. I live in the UK, have ME and do volunteering for work at the moment. I am in my late thirties with a teenage son.

ME/CFS
Is there anyone here with ME/CFS and trying to lose weight? I have had it for 4 years and it brings its additional challenges to weight loss so am looking for some friends who deal with this? Please add me.

weighing in question
I joined the site yesterday and put in a rough estimate of my weight then today i weighed in properly. I want to change the second submission to be my starting weight and delete the first one - does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how? Thank you
