Still eating pretty much the same diet. Sometimes I drink more water than I normally do and just eat crackers because of stomach problems I have from the prednisone that I have been on since 2009. This weight loss has been a battle. I am doing a little more exercise now, so that makes me happy.

I haven't been on this site for a while because of a lot of family events and of course the disgust of not losing the way I would like to. I feel like a human Yoyo! Other than that, I am still trying to lose the weight. My son is getting married next month and I am not down to the size I want to be! I hope everybody here is doing better than me. <3

Well after Moms Day and B-Day meals and gifts and Cakes. The nightmare is over and I can get back to my diet like before. I love my family and they are not used to me being on a diet. I had to keep telling them... I can't be eating this stuff, but I did because they gave the dinner and desert as part of their gifts. So up I went in weight. I also was down with pain from my shoulder so I haven't been in the mood to go on line and do much.

Felt sick this morning and had a dr. appt. had to stop to get something to eat so I could take some meds....Wow, everything is fried or fake food and where is a subway when you need one!!! Oh well, I did a Sonic today.

Good Morning Me! Lets see if I can stay in the 1500 or less calorie range today! That's what the dietician wants me to consume. Wow, how those numbers add up so quickly!
