This past weekend was a bad - tried to keep track of all that was eaten. But way off track - daughter came home from her dad's for a day of shopping and visiting - other daughter's birthday and i made the cake - so fo course had to taste it all. I made a pizza with cake and candies. BUT I am back on track today. Last week, i had put on 2 lbs, took those off through the week and only to gain them back plus 1 more. But see how this week goes.

the past few days - haven't been on target. Had a family reunion on Saturday,. Sunday ate a biscuit and Monday night was a employee work function. I need to get back on track.

Guess the family get together was a bit much - and not drinking water yesterday hindered - but on a good note - wasn't a HUGE gain. Back on track.

Had a family picnic/potluck. So used a cheat day - almost 100 carbs - and I felt it with a tummy ache.
