Day 12:
Definitely on a high right now, thought about splurging this morning on fast food but just saw the scale and decided it’s not worth the work I’ve been putting in. Now to find something to eat that will keep my full.

Day 11:
Starting to feel my energy back, guess my body is finally adjusting to Keto. I have a busy couple of days ahead of me, cake baking, kids birthday parties, a wedding and work - oh my. Hopefully I will be able to stay the course.

Day 9:
Cut my protein in take and lowered my carb (Keto) in-take. I say it was successful.

Day 7:
I finished off my week at 230.4, that means I lost 2.8 pounds. Not too shabby.
Day 8:
Ugh! 232.00 Skip forward to today and GAIN! I know darn well that’s because all day yesterday I had soda and right before bed I ate three egg rolls. I know, I know, trust me I paid for it, couldn’t sleep (soda) stomach hurt (soda and egg rolls) lesson learned 🤢 Here’s to a new day and better choices!
