Okay so I totally just ruined my healthy day eating at Chilis. I ate a Buffalo Chicken sandwich on a wheat bun and turns out when I looked at the nutrition info online, its like 1500 calories (with 140 carbs) Holy crap!!
I SLAP MYSELF on the wrist for that decision!! :(

Well, yesterday I did good for dinner, no carbs after 3 PM. :)
Except I hit one downfall, I went to chick-fil-a and I got the multi grain bagel with chicken, cheese, and egg and apparently that is filled with sugars. :( So yesterday I think in the AM, I went over on the sugars and possibly the carbs. Today I am aiming for a better day, because I want to see the number on the scale go down, and I want to see those inches on my waist come off. :)

Well not much weight lose in a couple of days. I have been on the diet since Jan. 27th and have lost 12 lbs. which is good for 2 weeks. But the past several days there hasn't been a weight change for me. I have been feeling bloated I guess you could say. Maybe I am eating to much fiber. Apparently my diet consisted of little fiber prior and now a lot. But I thought that having lots of fiber (at least 25-30g) was good for your digestive system. To me its just not working fiber wise. I don't want to give TMI.(lol) But does anyone have this issue with increasing their fiber intake. I am losing the weight but don't really notice a difference in the inches in my waist. I guess because my belly feels to full from all the fiber, and let me add I do drink at least 64 ounces of water daily so I just don't know....
