I have been actively reducing my weight since Feb 2013 by watching cal. intake and expenditure. I have been using an Orbitreck machine twice a day (most days) but want to start doing some 'all body' weight training 3 times a week in place of some of the evening sessions as I am struggling to lose the last few kilos around my "middle"
