Went to eat st Brio Tuscan Grille last night. Had a mai thai, grilled chicken and shrimp, rice, veggies. Two pieces of flat bread with seeds on top.

Went out to eat at Applebees last night. Ordered shrimp and steak from the under 550 calories menu, but then had some pretzels when we got home. Went over my daily allowance of 1200 calories. NP.
