the gym was AWESOME yesterday. I'm not going back today because I hurt all over, and I work late.
People have been telling me that i'm getting better with age. I am! I'm more conscious about what I put in my body, and how i treat it. I work out regularly drink less than I have in years.
I know I look good, but I can look better. I'm not trying to be a swimsuit model, but I do want an athletic body...without the whole sports thing.

I haven't been to the gym since September 9th. The reason is: I got my hair done, and I made it last for 2 weeks. I don't workout when my hair is straight because I refuse to sweat it out.
TODAY
I will go to the gym. I'm going to do 30-40 mins of jogging, and then a 1hr power flex class.
I have MISSED the gym. I'm just so happy that I haven't gained weight these past 2 weeks.
Let's go people!
Oh yea, I need to work on planning my meals and buying groceries.
