I am 46, currently back in college for a teaching degree. I have a daughter and a grandson with another one on the way, my husband works out of town for months at a time. I have a clothes rack in my bedroom that cost 1500.00, if I remember correctly the name of it is Bow-Flex and I'm tired of dusting it!!!! I finally have some time and space to myself and I really want to take advantage of it and work on "me", know what I mean?

Fish
Thanks for the replys, and ImLuuvd you used the words I couldn't find in my brain yesterday, thats the way I was thinking, fish vs. seafood or shellfish. Also your right, I need to take the nutrition into account but at the very least maybe I can alter it since I have such an adversion to fish (except fried catfish! I am a Texan after all!) lol! You girls have a good day!

Thats for the info Maria, I'm gonna check into it. I like that you said you could fold it up and get it out of the way.

Curbing your appetite
I like to toast up chick peas, put them in a plastic baggie with just a drizzle of olive oil and them flavor them with what ever I'm in the mood for, it's usually a little garlic salt and pepper, because of the fiber they are quite filling! Warning.....they can become addictive!

Fish
Since they want us to eat fish at least twice a week, I was wondering, (don't laugh, I'm just not a seafood person!) Would shrimp or scallops count or would they be grouped differently. I think I could do it if I could make one of the two meals shrimp! Wink
