Went to bed at a decent time last night, woke up on time,went to class but came back to nap because I got randomly tired in a class. I think it was the bread from the Bojangles biscuit I had for breakfast. I'll admit, it wasn't a healthy food choice, but that was my only option at the time.
I haven't eaten lunch and it's a little past 4 pm.
I plan on playing racquetball later on when a friend gets out of class, so much fun!
My advice for today is to do something active that you enjoy! The more you enjoy the activity you're doing, the more you'll want to do it!

I feel really tired today. Something I need to start focusing on is setting a bed time and actually sticking to it. Getting only a couple hours of sleep every night isn't good for my health and doesn't help with weight loss in the slightest! So, I think getting in a routine for sleep and waking up (making sure I get enough sleep!!) would make it a little easier to lose the weight.

Making healthy choices makes me feel so much better inside and out! It motivates me in school and to stay organized. Today I enjoyed the sunshine while watching my brother play football. I had the opportunity to provide some teenagers (his football buddies) lunch and pray for them. I also got to talk and get to know a young girl whom I got to share my testimony with. So making a healthy choice this morning and getting outside laid down the path for a successful day.
