I feel really tired today. Something I need to start focusing on is setting a bed time and actually sticking to it. Getting only a couple hours of sleep every night isn't good for my health and doesn't help with weight loss in the slightest! So, I think getting in a routine for sleep and waking up (making sure I get enough sleep!!) would make it a little easier to lose the weight.
