Today's supper: Cabbage Soup. With a bit of ramen noodles and sausage added in to make it more filling. Around 175 cals per serving. Yummy!

Wow wow wow! This is the first time I stepped on the scale and thought "I really need to change something." This has been a very stressful year so far. Experiencing death, and having responsibilities outside of that can really take a toll on someone's health. Through all of this, it has just seemed like my health and diet has been my last priority, but I'm READY to change that!
